Terms and Conditions

  1. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: In order to offer our customers the best possible rates and value, we always let you decide on how much or how little housekeeping you want and therefore give you the flexibility to save.  At Compas Point you have a choice of four condominium housekeeping services.  Housekeeping request forms are given out at check in, or if you would prefer please ask for the form on booking to pre book.  In an effort to conserve water and energy.  Sheets and towels are only changed weekly, feel free to use the insuite washer and dryer.  Alternatively fresh towels and bedding are available for a fee.   
  2. SPECIAL OFFERS AND RATES: All special offers and rates are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
  3. MINIMUM STAY: We have a minimum stay requirement of (3 nights) with the exception of reservations made within 14 days of arrival, where shorter stays may be possible, subject to availability. Please note that we reserve the right to require longer minimum stays from time to time for peak weeks.
  4. OCCUPANCY LIMITS: The maximum occupancy limits for each room type are as follows:
    • Two Bedroom Condo - 6 persons. Two bedrooms with Queen beds plus two twin Murphy Beds.
    • One Bedroom Condo - 4 persons. One bedroom with Queen bed plus two twin Murphy Beds.
  5. CRIBS: One crib may be provided free of charge for each room. Infants are not included in occupancy limits.
  6. PAYMENT POLICY: 50% Deposit required at time of reservation. Full balance due 45 days prior to arrival or at time of reservation for reservations within 45 days of arrival.
  7. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund. No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival. Change of dates for stay will be allowed at no charge, other than any difference in applicable rate between original reservation and new dates. Please note: Cancellation policy for the Christmas and New Years Season each year : Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, 50% refund up to 14 days prior to arrival date, no refund within 14 days of arrival.
  8. TAXES: All rates do not include 13% Tourism Accommodation Tax.
