Guy Harvey's Island Grill
Located on the waterfront in George Town Harbor. Specializing in Sustainable Seafood menu items - a favorite with divers and conservation minded people. Seafood has always been one of man's favorite sources of nutrition, with many cultures becoming heavily dependent on fish in particular. The people of the Cayman Islands have a strong maritime culture, in which fish has been a staple food. Local catches of Wahoo, Tuna, Snapper and Dolphin fish (mahi) have provided fish lovers with a regular supply. However because of the increasing demand worldwide, many popular species have been overexploited. As a conservationist, Guy has insisted that we do not serve patrons with Swordfish, Grouper, or any species of Billfish or Shark. By not consuming these over fished species we are making an individual contribution to the long term improvement of these fish stocks. All of their seafood and other dishes are prepared fresh daily with the finest ingredients for your dining pleasure.
